The role of Group Enterprise Business Continuity Manager will be a key position within Group Corporate Security, located in Paddington (London).
You will be responsible for supporting the Group Business Continuity Manager to define and deliver the strategy for Business Continuity throughout Vodafone Group Enterprise (VGE), supporting the Crisis Management processes and facilitating invocation of the crisis community. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the delivery of a robust business continuity management system (BCMS) and associated business continuity activities. You will provide regular reports to senior management on the status of compliance for Business Continuity, aligned to ISO22301, working collaboratively with the BC stakeholder community throughout the various parts of the business to ensure appropriate Business Impact Analysis and BC Plans are maintained and exercised to deliver continual improvements.
As Group Enterprise Business Continuity Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
To assist the Group Business Continuity Manager in the delivery of Business Continuity Management (BCM) for VGE against defined strategy.
To provide Subject Matter Expertise in BCM in the delivery of a robust Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and business continuity activities.
To support the VGE business units in embedding BCM as an integral part of day to day management and decision making processes within Group framework.
To provide governance in monitoring and reviewing the BCMS for defined business units to identify continuous improvements and ensure effective BCM plans are maintained.
To provide regular reporting to senior management on the status of compliance against the Group Vodafone Business Continuity Management Policy and the delivery of BCM activities.
